Parking Information (Updated Mid-July 2025)
Due to construction projects on Gibraltar Schools’ campus and at The Annex, the new venue we’re building across the road, we have fewer parking spaces available on site this summer. Patrons are advised to arrive 45-60 minutes prior to the show, and to carpool if possible. The following free parking options are available:
Gibraltar Schools Parking Lot is located at 3924 WI-42. Volunteer parking attendants will assist in directing patrons to the 150 available parking sites located within a block or so from DCA’s entrance. Please use the sidewalk bordering WI-42.
ADA parking is available in front of DCA’s main lobby entrance on a first-come, first-served basis for patrons with government-issued ADA parking tags. Early arrival is advised. Less ambulatory patrons may be dropped off if all spaces are in use. Patrons requiring ADA parking may wish to consider the shuttle service listed below. Patrons will need to be able to step up into the shuttle van.
Free Shuttle Service is provided from the Fish Creek Town Parking Lot for select shows. Enter next to Hat Head at 4075 Main St. The shuttle(s) will begin service one hour before showtime and continue until 30 minutes after the event. Keep an eye out for a long white passenger van with a Door County Personal Drivers sign on it.
Northern Door YMCA at 3866 Gibraltar Rd is just a short walk from DCA and is graciously allowing our patrons to park there. Please do not park in the spots closest to the YMCA entrance and please use sidewalks and crosswalks.
We do not advise patrons to park at the Top of the Hill Shops, as that has become a dangerous crossing point with pedestrians choosing to cross on the blind corner.

Ticket sales are final. If you are unable to use your tickets, donating them is appreciated and will be acknowledged for your tax deduction purposes. Alternatively, ticket holders may exchange tickets for a DCA gift certificate, which expires on December 31, 2025. Ticket exchanges and donations must be made at least four hours before show time. Please contact the Box Office as soon as you know you will not use your tickets.

Yes! Please note the following policies and details about DCA tickets.
5.5% Wisconsin sales tax is added to all orders.
$6.00 transaction fee is added to all orders. A $1.00 facility fee is added for each ticket ordered.
Tickets are reserved when payment is made. MasterCard, American Express, Visa, & Discover are welcome. DCA also accepts payment via DCA gift certificate, cash, and check.
Digital or print-at-home tickets are not available for DCA-presented events. Patrons have the option of receiving their tickets in the mail or picking them up at will call. Please contact the Box Office if you are unsure if your tickets will be mailed or held for pickup. Will-call tickets are available in the DCA lobby approximately one hour prior to showtime or at the Box Office during box office hours.
Door Community Auditorium strongly urges patrons only to buy tickets through www.dcauditorium.org. Tickets purchased through a third party are often much more expensive and sometimes are scams.

ADA seating is available; please indicate your request when purchasing tickets (they are unavailable for purchase online). At least one companion seat is also available. ADA-accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate your needs to the attendants when you arrive.
DCA is equipped with a hearing loop to facilitate Assistive Listening Devices and has these devices available for patrons at the Box Office. A driver’s license or credit card is requested as a security deposit for the use of these devices. Additionally, patrons with Telecoil/T-Coil-equipped hearing aids or cochlear implants can enjoy a live audio feed of the performance without the need for any additional equipment.

For DCA events, the lobby is open a minimum of 90 minutes before showtime. The lobby and Link Gallery are accessible from 12:00 p.m. through the end of the show. Seating in the auditorium begins approximately 30 minutes before each performance.

No outside food is allowed. Also, because DCA is on the Gibraltar Schools campus, no alcohol, cigarettes, or vaping is allowed in the area surrounding the venue. In an effort to reduce single-use plastic consumption, DCA no longer sells bottled water. Patrons are encouraged to bring a refillable bottle from home or purchase a stainless steel DCA water bottle upon arrival. DCA has a water fountain with a filter and bottle filler.

Yes, call or visit the box office during normal business hours. Items are rehomed seasonally.

Pre-show will-call ticket pickup is available in the DCA lobby, approximately 60 minutes before show time. For ticket pickup earlier in the day, stop by the box office.

Door Community Auditorium is a nonprofit organization supported by sponsors, donors, advertisers, and volunteers. We are a year-round organization supported by a small but mighty staff wearing lots of different hats.

Yes, DCA is an all-ages venue. We ask all guardians to be attentive and help us ensure that other patrons are able to enjoy the show. Children 2 and under may sit in the lap of an accompanying guardian without a ticket.

Most folks visit our shows wearing “Door County Casual.” You’ll see folks with boat hair and flip-flops; you may see some party dresses and suits – whatever’s comfortable for you!

DCA is on the Gibraltar Schools Campus. No weapons are permitted. Patrons may be subject to bag checks.

Unless authorized by the artist, no cameras, audio, or video recorders are allowed in the auditorium. Flash photography is strictly prohibited. We ask all patrons to be courteous of their fellow concertgoers when using devices.
