Parking Information (Updated Summer 2026)
Due to remaining construction at Gibraltar Schools—adjacent to our venue—please plan to arrive 30-45 minutes early and carpool when possible. The following free parking options are available:
Gibraltar Schools Parking Lot is located at 3924 WI-42, at the north end of the school campus. Approximately 250 paved parking spaces are available in the north lot and the back lot of Gibraltar Schools. Please avoid the construction side by using the sidewalk along WI-42 to walk to DCA, or if parking in the back lot, use the back/west lobby entrance.
There is a packed dirt lot directly in front of the school usable for patrons; caution is advised when parking and walking. This lot is not recommended for patrons with ADA needs.
ADA parking is available in front of DCA’s main lobby entrance and across the street at The Cramer Exchange lot on a first-come, first-served basis for vehicles with government-issued ADA parking tags. Please have your ADA tag ready and clearly visible when you arrive. Early arrival is recommended. Less ambulatory guests may be dropped off at the lobby entrance via the bus lane.
Northern Door YMCA (3866 Gibraltar Road) is just short walk from DCA. Please avoid parking in the spots closest to the YMCA entrance. Patrons must sidewalks/crosswalks.
Top of the Hill Shops is another option; patrons must cross County Road F and use the crosswalk with flashing lights between The Cramer Exchange and DCA.

Ticket sales are final. If you are unable to use your tickets, donating them is appreciated and will be acknowledged for your tax deduction purposes. Alternatively, ticket holders may exchange tickets for a DCA gift certificate, which expires 18 months from the issuing date. Ticket exchanges and donations must be made at least four hours before show time. Please contact the Box Office as soon as you know you will not use your tickets.

Yes! Please note the following policies and details about DCA tickets.
Tickets are reserved when payment is made. MasterCard, American Express, Visa, & Discover are welcome. DCA also accepts payment via DCA gift certificate, cash, and check.
Patrons have the option of receiving their tickets in the mail, picking them up at will call, printing them at home, or receiving them digitally. Please contact the Box Office if you are unsure if your tickets will be mailed or held for pickup.
Will Call tickets are available in the DCA lobby approximately one hour prior to showtime or at the Box Office during box office hours.
Print-at-Home tickets must be printed prior to your arrival. If you are unable to print your tickets, please stop by the Box Office to have your tickets printed for you.
E-Tickets must be loaded into the digital wallet on your device for admission to the event.
Door Community Auditorium strongly reminds patrons only to buy tickets through www.dcauditorium.org. Tickets purchased through a third party are much more expensive and nearly always scams.

ADA seating is available; please indicate your request when purchasing tickets (they are unavailable for purchase online). At least one companion seat is also available. ADA-accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate your needs to the attendants when you arrive.
DCA is equipped with a hearing loop to facilitate Assistive Listening Devices and has these devices available for patrons at the Box Office. A driver’s license or credit card is requested as a security deposit for the use of these devices. Additionally, patrons with Telecoil/T-Coil-equipped hearing aids or cochlear implants can enjoy a live audio feed of the performance without the need for any additional equipment.

For DCA events, the lobby is open a minimum of 90 minutes before showtime. The lobby and Link Gallery are accessible from 5:00 p.m. through the end of the show. Seating in the auditorium begins approximately 30 minutes before each performance.

No outside food is allowed. Also, because DCA is on the Gibraltar Schools campus, no alcohol, cigarettes, or vaping is allowed in the area surrounding the venue. DCA sells boxed water in the venue for most shows. Patrons are encouraged to bring a refillable bottle from home. DCA has a water fountain with a filter and bottle filler.
DCA sells alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments and snacks across the street at The Cramer Exchange for our summer shows, starting 2.5 hours before showtime. Last call 30 minutes before showtime.

Yes, call or visit the box office during normal business hours. Items are rehomed seasonally.

Will Call is available in the DCA lobby approximately an hour before showtime. For ticket pickup earlier in the day, stop by the box office at The Cramer Exchange 12-5, or our MainStage box office 5:00-showtime.

Door Community Auditorium is a nonprofit organization supported by sponsors, donors, advertisers, and volunteers. We are a year-round organization supported by a small but mighty staff wearing lots of different hats.

Prior to DCA’s summer 2026 shows, live music by a local musician will take place at The Cramer Exchange on the Okarma Concert Patio, starting 2.5 hours before showtime. The bar will be open selling drinks (alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and ice cream floats) and snacks during this time. Last call is 30 minutes before showtime. No food or drink is allowed inside the auditorium except bottled water.
For select shows, The Cramer Exchange will also host post-show live music and reopen the bar. The Exchange will close at 11:30 p.m.
The Cramer Exchange will be closed during the show.
You may visit The Cramer Exchange during our regular box office hours, Monday-Friday, 12-5.
For shows and events taking place at The Cramer Exchange, the doors will be open about an hour before showtime.

Yes, DCA is an all-ages venue. We ask all guardians to be attentive and help us ensure that other patrons are able to enjoy the show. Children 2 and under may sit in the lap of an accompanying guardian without a ticket.

Most folks visit our shows wearing “Door County Casual.” You’ll see folks with boat hair and flip-flops; you may see some party dresses and suits – whatever’s comfortable for you!

DCA is on the Gibraltar Schools Campus. No weapons are permitted. Patrons may be subject to bag checks.

Unless authorized by the artist, no cameras, audio, or video recorders are allowed in the auditorium. Flash photography is strictly prohibited. We ask all patrons to be courteous of their fellow concertgoers when using devices.
