Door County’s own Genevieve Heyward—fresh off her top-20 finish on this season’s American Idol—will join forces with roots supergroup Big Richard for a one-night-only co-bill that’s not to be missed. Heyward, now based in Nashville, is a rising indie rock artist who can captivate any room with a voice that’s as smooth as it is raspy and original songs that are as honest as they are lively. Big Richard, based in Colorado, exploded onto the scene in 2021with tight vocal harmonies, dazzling string virtuosity, and clever arrangements. They deliver ferocious, unapologetic acoustic music with big energy and serious chops.
